This policy applies to point top-ups and other digital purchases on CryptoAnalysing.

Top‑ups (Points Purchases)

  • Non‑refundable: All point purchases (top‑ups) are final once credited to your account.
  • Instant delivery: Points are delivered immediately after successful payment and are considered consumed digital goods.

Exceptions we will review

  • Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same top‑up.
  • Failed credit: Payment succeeded but points were not credited to your account.

For an exception request, contact us within 7 days and include your registered email, date/time, amount, and any transaction ID/screenshots.

Disputes and chargebacks

  • Submitting a chargeback without contacting support may result in temporary account restriction during investigation.
  • Confirmed fraud or abuse can lead to permanent suspension.
